      its brand name..any one who has got minimum 5 years experience in TCS can manage their personal life more effectively..

      Cons

      middle level management where any one and every one who has got minimum of 5 yers experience is designated as manager irespective of their skill and ability..No of years of experience counts most than your professional ability.

      Cons

      Most offshore resources aren't competent and unable to complete simple task on time. Management doesn't understand US consulting practices which is embarrassing and make the technical team look bad.
