None that exists anymore. The only good think is that insurances are not part of CTC and is bourne by the company.
Cons
There has been a complete U turn of culture since the new CEO came in. There is not proper vision in terms of where the company wants to be. CEO micromanages to the core. Meetings with him happen for 2-3 hours minimum without any set agenda. People are now expected to clock in and clock out and work out of office. Some folks who were recruited out of Mumbai during covid have been asked to move to Mumbai without any compensation in extra expenses. They were also promised while joining that they'll work remotely or in person from we-work. Since the culture has changed, they don't keep promises anymore. People are being asked to leave indirectly by setting an end date for city movement and without severance. The only TATA group companies to be non-employee friendly. Customers aren't happy either.
