Pros
I've been at Tastewise for about a year and was already promoted, which says a lot about how seriously they take internal growth. You can genuinely feel that leadership wants people to develop here — it's not just talk. The cross-team collaboration is one of my favorite things. Teams actually work together rather than operating in silos, and it makes the day-to-day so much smoother. The environment is energetic, the people are sharp and kind, and there's a real sense of momentum. The company has carved out a really interesting niche, and leadership communicates the vision in a way that inspires trust. I believe in where we're going, and that makes the work feel meaningful.
Cons
The pace is fast and the work can be intense. It's the kind of place where you'll grow quickly, but you do need to be comfortable operating with a lot of momentum.
