Pros
I have learnt so much in my time with Tasman Analytics - you get so many opportunities to learn new skills and work on really interesting projects. The people here make it a special place to work, everybody supports each other and brings their skills and experiences when collaborating together. The career development is excellent, with regular feedback and check-ins so that you know what you're doing well and what's the next thing to focus on to develop yourself further. The benefits are also fantastic - good salary and wellbeing offering. They make sure you feel looked after and rewarded - and that we all feel connected to each other despite working remotely across different countries. Everybody here is brilliant at what they do, and I've benefitted massively from being surrounded by such a great team. Some of my most rewarding career achievements and positive memories are from my time at Tasman.

Sometimes it can get very busy and you have to work hard to make sure everything is delivered to the right standard and on time.
