Pros

I met some great people while there. So the teams you may work in might be the only saving grace.

Cons

The company is mired in political drama, which is really entertaining if you're not in the company. The people in power, for some reason, mostly listen to people who have no idea how the company works. To put things in perspective, there are officially 2 heads of the site. Quality runs the company, which could be a good thing, but it is not. No one department should have all that power, especially when they have no idea of how the industry is changing, what products are strategically important, what the needs of the business are, and how any of the other departments work. They much rather focus on trivial issues like the validity of documentation where black pen, instead of blue, is used. The salary is nothing to brag about, the senior management has no interest in developing talent (that's why the turnover is high), you can have all kinds of experience, and all the designations, but the company will do all it can to make sure hard working people are squeezed till they have nothing more to give and not compensate you fairly. When you have people with no strategic outlook among senior management, it's easier to get caught up in small things like who has a bigger office. In short, the company doesn't take care of its employees, so employees get jaded easily.

Pros

They have snacks, but not always stocked.

Cons

Poor management from parent company. Every month a new way of reporting is asked. People leave but instead of replacing management just loads the work on to other employees.
