Consistent schedule, owners listen to concerns, has a pretty good culture depending on which location you're in.

Pay is a bit under market, found myself struggling pretty often. Doesn't tell staff about changes to protocols with enough notice, ex: I was never informed that our bonus structure changed until after the second bonus check of the year - it should have been an email at the very least.

The company is still run by it's founders and cares for it's guests and team members.

As a growing company, we often wear many hats and are stretched thin, but it is challenging and rewarding.
