Pros
The staff who deal with clients are terrific. They care about what they do. Some innovative technology and products being created.
Cons
Values on the wall don't mean a thing when you drive your employees into the ground. Late hours, weekends, holidays - all ok for short periods of time but when it happens routinely the problem is systemic. Sales can do no wrong and there is no ability to have open discussion with upper management. Lots of 'blame game'. The public face shows a happy company when in reality a fair number of employees are looking to leave.
