Pros

The other technicians there are nice and the only saving grace about working there.

Cons

Management are rarely seen, even their complaints are passed on by the supervisors. When you manage to catch management your issues are told they will be looked into but then never brought up again. For a company that provides healthcare, quality is overlooked and instead production time is the only thing they care about, they constantly want faster production times and a larger number of productions to be completed, despite constantly adding changes to methods that increase production time. The changes are rarely for the better and a major inconvenience for technicians. If you have questions there is no point even asking them as each team lead will give you a different answer and often contradict each other. Training is another issue, it is too short you get maybe a few days of training and then they throw you in the deep end. You get taught the bare minimum and then they leave you. They also require you to read standard operating procedures as part of training but when they are too busy this training is often cancelled. When you inevitably make mistakes there is no support and when they make mistakes they find a way to pin the blame on you, saying it is something you should of noticed, despite it being checked by 5 other people before you. The workload is ridiculous either there is way too much or there is nothing to do almost all day. But one thing you can be sure of is that an hour before your shift ends all hell will break loose and suddenly there are loads of orders that just got dumped on the system.

Pros

Nothing good unless you are a graduate and want to kick-start your career.

Cons

It is evident that women are given preference here primarily when they satisfy the aesthetic preferences of the employer. The company appears to operate solely for the sake of hiring women whom management feels they can take advantage of. There is a complete lack of professional training, and leadership seems to be in the hands of the incompetent. Younger women are hired almost instantly, provided they meet a specific standard of beauty, while management remains utterly indifferent to an individual's actual skills or professional potential
