Pros
youre kept busy for the most part. I had a specific section in the store so i really got to know my area and eventually started merchandising by myself which was fun
Cons
push can be very overwhelming and so can back stock. they don't want you to over push on the floors and sometimes your back stock area would be full and it would just be a mess. over half the time i couldn't complete all the work they assigned me in an 8 hour shift. you are spread thin.
