At their disposal, until they decide to stop giving you hours. - Associate Target Employee Review

Pros

There was at least some flexibility offered by shift supervisors. Depending on your assigned tasks it might be impossible to do your job when customers stop you to ask questions, so alternate attire was allowed at times.

Cons

Communication about hours and scheduling was frequently an issue. I would not be told about schedule changes until the last minute, making it impossible to plan around with two jobs which many need with the high cost of living locally. I was also told to expect a certain number of hours upon hire, but then those hours were steadily reduced to the point where the job could not be relied upon to pay bills.
