      Pros

      * great weekly pay * Employee discounts * You can work alone sometimes * Take a lunch break at your own time * there’s no rush to get work done working in the styles area for overnight

      Cons

      *Can get overwhelmed with stocking * limited work space can cause injuries * some of the coworkers are not very friendly * People re arrange things and it cuts in time of when having to break out and put things on to shelf.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
