      Pros

      More or less left alone while you do your job, as long as you do it in their projected time window.

      Cons

      Mgmt doesn't care about anything except that you meet your timeline quota, despite missing inventory, misfiled inventory, physical distance between inventory items, or time spent helping customers. Their projected time is all that matters. Would never buy stock in this company!
