Pros
Target was a great company in the years that I worked there. There was somewhat of a flexible work environment and heavy focus on career development and networking.
Cons
Leadership has changed several times over the last six years. There were too many levels of leadership which made pushing projects through a challenge with all of the approval moments along with leaders not always being aligned on the strategy.
