      Overall Target is a relatively flexible place to work. It can be fun and fulfilling if you enjoy the demands of fast-paced guest driven culture.

      Cons

      If you are looking to work for a company with the intention of promoting from within, Target is not the company for you. If you are interested in any of the higher level positions you are better off applying from outside of the company.
