      Pros

      I believe they Target is truley a great place to work who honestly believes in work/life balance and treats the hourly team members fairly.

      Cons

      Sometimes too politically correct. Takes too long through policies to get rid of problem performers. Needs less Human Resourse personell and more performance based managers.
