Pros
The team leads and team members are phenomenal. All are so welcoming and supportive. The hours most of the year are good, October-December most team members averaged 35+ hours a week.
Cons
January hours were cut substantially despite still being very busy most of the time. Because of this the work environment is increasingly stressful at times and customers are becoming increasingly dissatisfied as they are having longer waits now that there is not enough team members working at a given time.
