If you are a techie and wish to remain a techie, do not work here. Most techies end up becoming middle managers, coordinating work with offshore workers. Dont be fooled by titles like Technical Architect, Systems Engineer etc. Even they are nothing but glorified coordinators. If your goal is to become a manager, Target is a good place, but remember promotions do not come easy or to the deserving. Most of the times, you have to kiss plenty off rear.
