Pros
Pay is good. You make good friends.
Cons
Discrimination of employees with mental health, holds it against you. Team Leaders don’t tell you when they THINK you’ve done something wrong, they just tell all of the other management about it instead. They’ll let you go before the 90 days based solely on lies they’ve been fed by the store director who has it out for you. Basically the management as a whole just flat out is awful to their employees. HR screws up schedules consistently and won’t let you get an important date off. They don’t really care about their employees at all and have a superiority complex for sure. When they let you go, you don’t get a warning and are immediately out of a job. The scheduling is inconsistent and you’ll get 35 hours one week, then 15 the next.
