      Pros

      Target offers decent compensation compared to rival retailers, at least in my district. Their benefit packages are okay, but not all that fantastic.

      Cons

      While there is ample opportunity to voice concerns about job performance, whether those concerns are properly addressed remains an issue.

      Pay and growth opportunities. Thorough training when you are new to the company.

      Cons

      Work-life balance isn't the best because you are required to close quite a bit while also working your dayside shifts.
