Target has potential but lacks the talent. - Team Leader Target Employee Review

Communication between Upper Management and the workers is very poor and expectations are very high. Mid level management these past years has more become the shield for the executives of the company. Turnover at the middle management level to the regular worker is higher than I have seen in years. The corrective action policy is non negotiable and used not to better the workers but used to hold something over them.
