Pros
Very flexible schedule, 10% employee discount (it's not great but its a discount nevertheless), great employees and it is a pretty easy moderate pace job.
Cons
Minimum wage to start and raise is rare and small. Your schedule changes every week so you can go from 35 hours one week to 4 the next. Most of the supervisors hated their job and took it out on the team members
