      Pros

      Not too many pros. The employees were great. The discount was pretty good. Good job while in school. That's about it.

      Cons

      Management was horrible. Some of them are just out of college and had no idea how to lead a team. Authority goes to their head.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
