Pros
1. I learnt a lot about all the rudiments of customer service 2. Other than the occasional busy day, most of the job was fairly relaxed. 3. Managers were helpful in explaining the process and staff morale was good.
Cons
1. Poor organisation 2. Lack of training and development opportunities - you may find yourself stuck in a position with know possibility for advancement even if you had potential.
