I am deeply disappointed with how my company handles critical situations and manages its employees. Recently, we were called to the office on very short notice, initially told it was due to a client visit. Later, it was revealed to be a meeting about some employees who had left citing personal reasons (mother's health), which the company later discovered to be untrue. While enforcing notice periods is part of company policy, the way management reacted was unprofessional. Instead of addressing the matter constructively, we were subjected to a 2-hour lecture that felt more like a school assembly than a professional meeting. Such poor communication and decision-making leave employees feeling disrespected and undervalued. Moreover, this isn't an isolated incident. The management's lack of clarity, inability to foster trust, and their reactionary approach to employee concerns highlight a systemic issue. There is an urgent need for better leadership and fair, transparent policies to improve the work culture. I would not recommend this company unless significant improvements are made.
