Pros
Like every other company this one also has pros' and cons' however if you are starting up with your career, its' really good but not when you are seeking a stable platform to work. - Good if you are starting with your career or been just 1-2 Years - This company can teach you lot of things in terms of dealing with management and worst case scenarios' that you'll be facing in your career - "Vice" management :) ensures a good & healthy bonding among execution level employees - TIP : When they call you, that means they **NEED** you. You can ask for as many as compensation as you want ;)
Cons
- All decisions are taken by the Management - Volatile Management Mood & ever-changing perspective - Most of the Senior Level Employees are RELATIVES or are related to each other, which most of the times makes it hard for Hard working employees to get recognition. - No delegation or Trust among employees. ( Though you'll be told to do lot of things, you would hardly be able to execute them. ) - Management Biased work culture - Overexploitation of resources long work hours beyond governmental norms - though company claims "Innovation". There isn't any innovation for sure - Financial Obligations imposed by HR to promote company. Better negotiate the salary well before you join.
