      This company is too bad to have any pros.

      Cons

      The worst part about working for this terrible company is that you'll be constantly blamed for the leadership's own incompetence. Tara Ink has one of the most terrible and weakest leaderships I've worked for. Our leaders always deflect the blame and use employees scapegoats for the mistakes they make.

      Pros

      I've been working with TARA, Ink for many years. First as an employee and later as a freelancer because I relocated. If you are smart, open to direction and have good energy it is the best firm to learn the ropes!

      Cons

      Negative employees, long hours but that is what comes with the industry itself.
