People were really nice, I made many friends, learned a lot of things. I had the opportunity to work and learn new technologies while here. I still have contact with some people here, including management.

some harsh decisions were made in the past, due to the market.

The work environment was friendly, the team was supportive, and I had plenty of opportunities to learn and grow professionally. I was able to gain valuable knowledge and get involved in a variety of projects, which contributed significantly to my development.

One downside was the change in leadership. With the new management, the company’s values shifted as well, which impacted the overall direction and, at times, the team’s motivation.
