Pros
I enjoying working at this company. The mission to help children become more confident and resilient is driving the team to excel on so many levels. The Co-Founders are experienced and smart. I learn something new every day, Not only about the business but also about myself and how I can achieve more.
Cons
It's hard work and sometime long hours as the company builds out the services. Pay is ok. They make it up with a huge equity package though.
