Good but could be even better - Sales Manager Tapi Carpets & Floors Employee Review

Wages are well behind the times, basic salary is shocking for sales managers and sales assistants. When Tapi opened basic salary was above minimum wage now well below. Sales assistant will need to earn £700 commission a month to be above minimum wage as of April. Sunday pay needs to go up or better still use the 5 out of 7 working pattern. We all need a better work life balance. A better perks system would be great in the form of better maternity and paternity pay. Salary sacrifice for private healthcare and private dental care would also be great.
