It's enforce staff who work in mobile app team work in 996 mode, that means working time from 9am to 9pm, during monday and saturday. The mainly reason is company intent to make outstanding app, like wechat, but this way doesn't act promptly. My Director only focus on his KPI and did not care team member's growth.
Cons
Good culture, each team woking as venture company, a lot of woking opportunity inside, widely technology share in alibaba group.
