International startup - Manager Tanvex Employee Review

Size allows opportunity to observe/learn processes, etc. one wouldn't normally have at bigger companies. Extremely supportive of employees. Getting ready to launch CDMO initiative which is growth/expansion opportunity.

Lots of work to do in a short time to launch new initiative but will even out when CDMO is launched

Great place to learn - has both internal products and is trying to scale up to CDMO capabilities

Not the best leadership - after a massive and painful layoff process they struggled putting the organization back together
