Pros

There's room for growth if you want to play the game and deal with lazy people in upper management. Some staff and management are kinds of hearted people who care. They usually do not stay long because they see the dysfunction.

Cons

Promises that you are told you will receive never happen: bonuses, PTO and raises. The company is about money and it's been like that for years. Protection for the collection but not minorities.

Pros

The organization has a strong mission and serves an important role in the local community. Many employees are deeply committed to their work and care about doing the right thing for patients and colleagues. This can be a place to gain experience and build foundational skills for individuals early in their careers or those seeking stability.

Cons

Opportunities for professional growth and advancement are limited, particularly for employees who remain with the organization long term. Career pathways and promotion criteria were not always clear or applied consistently, which made advancement challenging. Leadership decision-making did not consistently incorporate input from internal subject-matter experts, which at times slowed progress and limited the effectiveness of improvement efforts. Accountability at higher levels of leadership appeared uneven, while expectations remained high for frontline and mid-level staff. Compensation was below market for several roles, including leadership positions, making retention difficult. HR processes related to hiring, compensation, and employee relations lacked transparency and consistency, which impacted trust and morale.
