      Pros

      I love working at Tanner! The Company has a good open door policy with managers and partners, meaning you can speak with them anytime about any concerns or needs. The Company really stresses the open door policy and encourages open communication. The work is challenging and rewarding, and the people are great!

      Cons

      Like any accounting company, the hours can be long, and there is a lot of documentation work. Overall not too bad.

      Thank you for your insights regarding the long hours. We have taken big steps the past three months to hire more professionals to lighten the load during this busy season.
