Pros
- office culture is pretty casual, can be fun with team building events and good work/life balance. - opportunities for entry-level/post-college grads to get experience, develop skills, and contributing to projects, the company, and clients. - some very smart people - company creates good value for clients and benefits the environment through energy conservation projects
Cons
- unprofessional and inadequate HR. Some upper management have said unprofessional things about employees as part of feedback, interviews, etc. and other employees create hostile, passive-aggressive work environments. - management does not effectively resolve escalation needs/take charge of issues - too much drama for the number of people and not enough focus on actual work/results. -strong favortism from management and department heads. - compensation is too low for certain positions and people - not aligned with market averages - promoting unqualified people to manage teams or letting unqualified people stay on too long while letting others go/not investing as much in them, leading to lots of turnover
