Whilst the EMEA leadership are generally very nice it's a US company which means EMEA doesn't really have decision making power as a result things that make sense for the US (but not Europe) can get forced through. Duplicitous (global) executive team. Very often spin a story rather than be honest about what's going on - this leads you to distrust as often the narrative shifts. The IPO situation is a classic example of this. Get the sense that the exec team need to be yes people to the CEO or they only last about a year - so it's a benevolent dictatorship lacking in alternative perspectives. Values aren't always lived and breathed - people and teams disappear (US style hire and fire culture at times) despite saying we do the right thing the reality is that means doing the right thing for the founders or to drive to short term targets.
