No room for advancement - Anonymous employee Tangram Interiors Employee Review

No 401K matching. Medical benefits are VERY expensive. They promise overtime & profit sharing for extra income when they hire you, then take it away without notice. They don't tell you that upfront! They promote a ton of executives and there is zero room for growth for everyone else. There are people who have worked here 10+ years and have never had opportunity for a promotion. (Me being one of them) If you work here you will be stuck in the same role forever. Base pay is terrible. Way below industry average. Its a dead end.
