Pros
Tangram is quite selective in its hires to ensure a good company fit. Then the company takes great care of its employees so they can do excellent work. I've worked with great coworkers and they have all been quite talented.
Cons
Some of the work can be abstract and the customers struggle to fully comprehend the work we provide. The customers don't always know what they want and change their minds often. Certain projects may not be the best for people who like concrete, well-defined tasks. The work is important, but usually not the kind of work you'd show off or be excited to describe to someone else.
