The Job was laid back when I joined.

Cons

The Job was laid back when I joined. But the tables turned last year when we started WFH. I have been working here for 3 years with no Salary Raise. The job is really stressful. They want agents to take calls and live chat and work on email cases assigned within SLA. The call script doesn't make sense most of the time. but we still have to follow them. The Management in Bangalore just blindly follows the rules set up by their superiors in the U.S and doesn't even care about their employee's physical and mental health. Can't wait to leave this place.

The transition from the terrific office tower in Bangalore to WFH because of the pandemic has overall been successful, but there are some employees that have found it to be a more difficult adjustment. Pros

Great people throughout the company. Very positive attitude and culture in the face of being a corporate turnaround at the time. And very capable people. Thoughtful leadership. Supportive Private Equity owner.

Cons

Exec leadership and PE owner consistently oversimplified and didn't really understand the underlying challenges of the business, the initiatives, the customers, and product dynamics, and therefore consistently set incorrect goals and OKRs, and just thought about the business incorrectly.
