Pros
As a contractor you are fully remote, while FT employees are expected to work full time in the office before 9am to dinner time. Contractor position is okay if you are in between jobs, fresh out of school, and looking to learn a lot in a short period of time about healthcare and pharmacy benefits. If you are a more experienced professional, this is probably not the best position for you.
Cons
Be aware contractors are treated as second class citizens at this company. It felt uncomfortable even being in the office for training as associates and leadership will not even talk to you or look your way unless they are training you. Certain associates speak to contractors in an incredibly demeaning way. When I was at the company, I recall an associate on our weekly calls instructing contractors not to "critically think" about tasks and just focus on execution and high throughput. Tasks are highly repetitive. As a contractor, you are one of 100s of contractors (meaning you are easily replaceable) and you will be managed by an associate that is either younger than you or only slight your senior, who has likely never managed someone before. Make of that what you will.
