Management team, in particular the president has no appreciation for the dedication, sacrifice and hard work the employees give around the clock for the company. Best executive team has all left the organization. New executive team has focused on installing their friends into executive positions chasing out the best in-class leaders that built up the company to the success it is today. Sad seeing such a downgrade of personnel.

Hussle mentality Great work is rewarded with more work You often end up doing things out of your job description Not flexible on work from home Some managers/supervisors will try to overwork you and disrespect your boundaries
