People are nice and helpful, there’s a yearly cycle, payment is relatively well, They also have the best tea boy ever. Flexibility is high.
Cons
I don’t know if that’s the case for all projects, but I felt pretty useless for the ones I worked for. Tasks were too simple and I didn’t feel like project leaders trusted me with anything with an actual impact. My education and my experience were not taken into consideration in the project allocation until it was too late.
I did get called regularly at 1-2 AM to fix a slide or translate something to non-Arabic speaker.
They also did lie in the interview about the type of projects they take and future benefits.
