Poor company - Application Support Talos360 Employee Review

We are pleased to hear that you appreciated the modern and clean workplace environment. However, we are deeply concerned about your comments regarding the company culture. We take such feedback very seriously, as it is our goal to foster a supportive and transparent environment for all our people. The concerns you’ve raised about a toxic culture, are contrary to the values we strive to uphold. I hope you shared your feedback as part of your exit interview or as part of our People Surveys that are sent out twice a year, as we wouldn’t want anyone feeling this way, especially when we work so hard to ensure our team are engaged and supported. In relation to your comments around our best workplace awards, this is an anonymous survey that all our people fill out independently, we do encourage our people to tell the world why they love working for Talos360, we certainly don’t ‘make’ our people lie, so this is something I have to disagree with. We work hard every day to make Talos360 a truly amazing place to work and we are so proud of the achievements in this area.
