The management staff actually cares about their employees, and actively work to find ways to keep employees happy and engaged. I've never had a job where my boss had my back, but now I do. My bosses are Leaders within Talman and are great about communication, trusting me to get my job done, and ensuring a great work/life balance. I always feel valued as a human being and as an employee.

Some of the staff can get a little gossipy, but that happens everywhere.
