Great team but disappointing leadership - Anonymous employee Tally Employee Review

Management and leadership is very inexperienced, but seems to subscribe to an antiquated idea of how companies should be run. Despite talking up “don’t say nothing”, they don’t actually seem to listen or take much responsibility. Worse, managers seem to be in competition with each other, or maybe just receive conflicting direction from leadership. The way people are promoted also seems odd and arbitrary or based on friendship and there are a lot of double-standards. There is also a lot of talk about diversity but it is very surface-level and doesn’t seem real.
