      * Management really pushes you to grow and will actively encourage you to apply for internal promotions and new roles. * The team is amazing to work with and there’s a real family vibe in the office. * Great work-life balance with hybrid or 100% remote options depending on where you live.

      Cons

      * It's well known that the company usually has a massive layoff every three years. So you can't really be sure if your position is secured. * Sometimes, there are issues with the HR payroll system, but disputes can be managed and fixed though you have to double-check your pay.
