Pros

I've had a great experience onboarding as a Business Manager. The sales team is working on establishing more accountability while at the same time providing a lot of training to help with performance. Comp structure is clear and fair. Uncapped commission potential paired with a fair base salary. No complains there. Great opportunity to work directly with managers that have "been there, done that" in the startup space but who still remain incredibly accessible. One of the better onboarding/HR experiences I've seen in a company of this size. Documentation is clear and helpful. Amazing opportunity to work with people around the world.

Cons

If you don't like change and occasional ambiguity, Talkpush (and early stage startups) won't be a good fit. If you aren't used to working with people from different cultures, it can be an adjustment. Communications styles vary amongst team members and you need to navigate that quickly. You will occasionally have a 9pm or 7am call if it's for the global team. They do a good job of avoiding this, but you will need to be flex.

Pros

A fantastic company that provided an environment for entry-level workers or intern to level. Everyone is friendly and people seem to be driven to help grow the company.

Cons

Still relatively new so no permanent location

Pros

Leaves are not tracked, you can go on vacation for the whole year and no one will budge.

Cons

This company is the worst company when it comes to values and work etiquette. The HR is the worst part of this company, forcing people to leave good reviews on glassdoor to lift the company rating but doesn't make any slightest effort to make its employees happy. It is an irrelevant department that should be removed. They are clueless about their own job. The CEO is oblivious to the people tasks and has no sincerity at all. He can smile at you today and talk behind your back just right after he gave a tap on the back. He is easily get dismayed with little things. He is a self proclaimed smart but couldn't get a hint that those great people who left, chose to leave because of him.
