Pros
Decent work-life balance and benefits. Fun co-workers and cool supervisor. Pay is decent as well and overtime is there when you need it
Cons
The upper management at this place is terrible and you are pretty much a pawn to these people. There is just no respect and nobody ever knows the policies and that’s due to the policies always changing. High turnover rate and once you start (if you do) you’ll see why.
