      Pros

      4 days off and P&S Supervisor (KM) is the best manager in this whole facility.

      Cons

      Low pay. Management is terrible and never tells you good job even though you drop inventory by 600MT in one night. If the lines are running great than inbound can’t keep up. It’s a very frustrating job. Go find a career. TV, AB, MH, TM, SP and RC need to find new careers. It ain’t working for yal Fam.

      Hours are steady and coworkers are solid

      Cons

      Extreme micromanagement as in they will basically spy on you constantly through the cameras in trucks. Even when they are home or at the main office like we're a netflix documentary. They are constantly fishing for anything to get people in trouble and rules change daily. Pay isn't worth the hassle. Favoritism is a huge thing as well. Some people constantly sleep and don't get in trouble while you gotta bust your butt to make sure no delays happen.
