Pros
The salary rate is okay, it's 40 % of the employer's income but you won't get everything once you made a valid mistake.
Cons
The employer can just terminate their employees without further notice and penalties are given and these are not included in the contract. The employer won't contact you and don't give the rest of your salary. The employer is so demanding and unprofessional. - The employer don't know how to consider any valid reasons and I don't think it' s fair not to just give the rest of the employees' salary without taking any measures.
