No Micro Management, Good product, Some good project managers (All these Pros for the HE Team @ CVL),
Cons
Favoritism, sycophants (recruited by SS in 2013 and early 2014) have got opportunities thus overlooking certain existing and/or proven resources thus affecting the MORAL of proven old timers, No Training Plan or Knowledge sharing sessions, very few approachable product experts, Gossip mongers all around thus causing an unhealthy working atmosphere, complicated or badly affected projects are assigned to product novices or less experienced, overseas projects are assigned to sycophants and the few experienced thus not following a rotational policy.
